The light sitting room has a wonderful fireplace and a dining area with a slate floor and access to the cloak/shower room. The well appointed kitchen has a fabulous roof lantern and a window with views over the garden and surrounding countryside; it includes solid wood cupboards, wooden work surfaces, a butler style sink, ceramic hob and oven and double French doors to a sandstone patio leading on to the rest of the garden. To the side of the house there is a large study/bedroom 3 complete with fireplace. The entrance hall has period floor tiles and stairs to the first floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the large main bedroom having a luxurious en suite bathroom, with painted floor and bath and a view to the hills in the distance. The second bedroom is dual aspect with a large storage area. There is space on the landing for a small desk or chest of drawers.
Outside
To the front of the cottage there is a gravel parking area for two cars. Steps lead up to a covered porch and a gravel path continues to the back garden.
